1. DEFINITIONS (BINDING LEGAL CLARITY)

• Product/Products: All handmade decorative items manufactured, sold, or distributed by TwistCrafts, which are crafted from high-quality chenille stems (also known as pipe cleaners) as the core base material, including but not limited to: handmade pipe cleaner accessories, twisted wire flower bouquets, potted plant decorative ornaments, animal-shaped decorative figurines, frame floral wall decor, flower lanterns, ice cream series decorative cones, bento box bouquets, bridal wedding bouquets, and any other handcrafted decorative products made with chenille pipe cleaner core materials, along with all associated decorative components (including but not limited to beads, sequins, charms, ribbons, artificial floral elements, and metal findings).
• Child/Children: Any individual 12 years of age or younger, consistent with the legal definition of a "children's product" under CPSIA and CPSC regulations.
• Purchaser/User/You: Any individual or entity that purchases, receives, uses, distributes, gifts, or resells any of the Products.
• Adult User: Any individual over the age of 12 (13 years of age and older), including teens and adults with full legal capacity to assume risk and liability.

2. EXPLICIT AGE SUITABILITY & INTENDED USE DECLARATION

2.1 All TwistCrafts Products are handmade decorative items for adult use only. THEY ARE NOT, AND WILL NEVER BE MARKETED, DESIGNED, OR TESTED AS TOYS OR CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS, in full compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements.

2.2 The sole intended users of all Products are Adult Users over the age of 12 (13 years of age and older). None of the Products are designed, manufactured, tested, or certified for use by any Child 12 years of age or younger.

2.3 The following acts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

• Sale, gifting, distribution, or provision of any of the Products to any Child 12 years of age or younger;
• Access, handling, wearing, manipulation, or contact with any of the Products by any Child 12 years of age or younger;
• Marketing, advertising, or representing any of the Products as suitable for Children, or as toys, in any format.

3. MANDATORY AGE RESTRICTION RATIONALE & HAZARD DISCLOSURE

This age restriction is not a voluntary guideline, but a non-negotiable safety requirement based on the inherent hazards of all Products, which pose an unreasonable risk of severe harm to Children (who lack the risk awareness, impulse control, and self-protection capabilities of Adult Users). All hazards are fully disclosed in alignment with the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA), CPSIA, and CPSC rules:

3.1 CHOKING, ASPIRATION & INGESTION HAZARD

All Products contain small decorative components that may detach under tearing, biting, or excessive force, including but not limited to beads, sequins, charms, decorative accents on floral/animal figurines, and ribbon fasteners. These components qualify as "small parts" under CPSC regulations, which carry a well-documented, life-threatening risk of choking, aspiration, or ingestion for Children. Such incidents can cause permanent internal injury, digestive tract obstruction, suffocation, or death.

3.2 SHARP EDGE & PUNCTURE HAZARD

The core base material of all Products is chenille pipe cleaners with an internal metal wire core, hand-bent to form the Product's shape (including floral petals, animal figurine structures, decorative frames, and bouquet stems). Repeated bending, flexing, or mishandling can cause metal fatigue, breakage, and the formation of sharp, jagged edges or puncture points. These hazards can cause severe lacerations, puncture wounds, or permanent injury to sensitive areas (including eyes, mouth, skin, and internal organs), particularly for Children who cannot safely handle the Products.

3.3 STRANGULATION & ENTRAPMENT HAZARD

All Products have a flexible, bendable wire structure, which may be wrapped around body parts by Children, including the neck, fingers, wrists, or limbs. This action can cause restricted blood flow, soft tissue damage, nerve injury, tissue necrosis, or fatal strangulation. Adult Users possess the risk awareness to avoid this hazardous misuse, while Children do not.

3.4 CHEMICAL EXPOSURE HAZARD

The raw materials of all Products fully comply with all applicable U.S. safety standards for adult decorative accessories. However, U.S. federal law imposes far more stringent, mandatory limits on heavy metals, phthalates, and other harmful chemicals for products intended for Children 12 years of age or younger (especially for products that may be mouthed or chewed). None of the Products have been designed, tested, or certified to meet these stricter children's product chemical limits, as they are exclusively intended for Adult Users. Mouthing, chewing, or prolonged unsupervised contact with the Products by Children can result in harmful chemical exposure.

3.5 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH CHILDREN'S PRODUCT MANDATORY STANDARDS

All TwistCrafts Products are handmade adult decorative items, not industrially mass-produced children's toys. None of the Products have been designed, manufactured, tested, or certified to comply with U.S. mandatory children's product safety standards, including but not limited to ASTM F963 (Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety), CPSIA, FHSA, and all relevant CPSC regulations. The Products do not meet the mandatory safety requirements for use by Children, and are strictly prohibited from being used as children's products or toys.

4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY DEFINITION

BY PURCHASING, RECEIVING, USING, OR DISTRIBUTING ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTOOD, AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ALL TERMS IN THIS DOCUMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT HAZARDS OF THE PRODUCTS AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR USE, STORAGE, AND DISTRIBUTION.

4.1 FULL LIABILITY FOR PROVISION TO CHILDREN

If You, whether intentionally or unintentionally, sell, gift, distribute, or otherwise provide any of the Products to any Child 12 years of age or younger, or fail to store the Products in a locked, secure location completely inaccessible to Children, You hereby agree to assume 100% of all liability, responsibility, and risk for any and all resulting injury, death, property damage, legal fees, fines, penalties, or legal claims of any kind.

TwistCrafts, its owners, manufacturers, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, claims, or liability arising from the access, use, or misuse of any of the Products by any Child 12 years of age or younger, including all claims related to product liability, negligence, or breach of warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. federal and state law.

4.2 LIABILITY FOR MISUSE, ALTERATION, OR IMPROPER STORAGE

All Products are intended solely for use as decorative accessories by Adult Users (including wearing, static display, collection, and home decor). TwistCrafts shall NOT be liable for any injury, damage, or claim arising from:

• Any misuse, abuse, or unintended use of the Products, including but not limited to chewing, tearing, disassembly, modification, or secondary alteration of the Products;
• Failure to store the Products in a locked, child-inaccessible location;
• Any violation of applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations related to the use or distribution of the Products.

4.3 LIMITED WARRANTY & IMPLIED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

TwistCrafts warrants that the Products shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal adult use for 30 days from the date of purchase. This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by TwistCrafts. To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. federal and state law, TwistCrafts disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4.4 RESELLER & DISTRIBUTOR LIABILITY

Any reseller, distributor, or third party that sells or distributes any of the Products is solely responsible for providing this full age suitability warning, safety disclosure, and liability disclaimer to every end purchaser. TwistCrafts shall not be liable for any claims, fines, penalties, or damages arising from:

• A reseller's or distributor's failure to provide this full document to end purchasers;
• A reseller's or distributor's marketing, sale, or representation of any of the Products as a children's product, toy, or item suitable for Children 12 years of age or younger.

4.5 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any provision of this document is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unconscionable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent of the clause.

4.6 GOVERNING LAW

This document, and all disputes arising from the sale or use of any of the Products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the state where the end purchaser resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

5. FINAL CRITICAL SAFETY REMINDER

• ALWAYS store all TwistCrafts Products in a locked, secure location that is completely inaccessible to Children 12 years of age or younger.
• NEVER leave any of the Products unattended in an area where Children may access it.
• If you gift any of the Products to another Adult User, you MUST provide a copy of this full document to the recipient, and confirm that they understand and agree to all terms.

• Missing or falling accessories
• Loose structure

1.3 Full Refund (100% Refund)

A full refund will be issued in the following scenarios:

• The product is completely damaged and unusable
• Lost in transit (verified by logistics tracking)
• The product is significantly inconsistent with the description on the product details page
• Breakage of the core structure

2. Refund Application Time Limit & Evidence Requirements

2.1 Application Time Limit

Customers must initiate a refund application within 7 natural days after receiving the product. Applications submitted after the time limit will not be accepted.

2.2 Evidence Requirements

To apply for a refund, customers must provide the following valid evidence. Applications without valid evidence will be rejected:

• A complete unboxing video (the video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the entire process of opening the package, as well as the defect/damage of the product)
• Clear photos of the defective/damaged parts (the photos must be in high definition, showing the details of the defect/damage clearly)

3. Liability Division & Exception Scenarios

3.1 Lost in Transit / Transit Damage

We take full responsibility for products lost in transit or damaged during transit. A 100% full refund will be issued directly after verifying the logistics tracking information, and no evidence is required from the customer.

3.2 Artificial Damage or Improper Storage

No refund will be provided for products damaged due to artificial damage or improper storage by the customer after signing for receipt.

3.3 Customer's Personal Reasons

• Customized products: No refund will be provided for personal reasons such as dislike, wrong purchase, or inconsistency with expectations.
• In-stock products: Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with the rules of the target market. Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost, and a full refund will be issued after the product is received and confirmed to be intact.

5. Final Sale Policy

5.1 Definition

All products sold on this website are handmade and custom items, and all are subject to the Final Sale terms.

5.2 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable

All Final Sale items (including handmade hair clips) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. We will not process returns, exchanges, or refunds for Final Sale items due to change of mind, incorrect size, or dissatisfaction with the product, unless required by U.S. federal or state law.

5.3 Legal Exceptions

Notwithstanding Section 5.2, we will provide a replacement or full refund for Final Sale items that are:
